•    60 x 120 indoor arena with heated observation room/lounge
•    50 x 80 second indoor arena 
•    100 x 200 outdoor arena

•    1/4 mile track

•    Groomed trail around perimeter of property; quiet country roads to area wooded trails; group barn rides

•    Large box stalls 

•    Extensive daily turnout in 6, 4, 3, and 2-acre small group grass pastures. Daily feed, turnout, and stall cleaning through winter.

•    Small, outdoor turnouts available for horses needing short-term limited movement

•    Geo-thermal automatic waterers in pastures

•    Well-maintained and safe fencing

•    Wash Rack

•    Friendly, supportive, and experienced staff; 

•    Full-time manager on grounds

•    NO cribbers

•    $420 per month
